Services
Some of the services we provide
School Physical
School physicals are required annually prior to admission in schools. A complete physical exam will vary based on the child’s age, but typically addresses the developmental, emotional, social, and physical well-being of a child.
Vaccinations
All vaccinations for children and adolescents are provided in the office as per the guidelines of the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics. Vaccinations are necessary for school entry and provide necessary immunity for children against various diseases.
Child Growth
Child growth and development may vary per individual child. Developmental screenings are given in every well-child visit to assess communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and social skills.
Lab testing
Routine Lab tests are done in the office and often include:
- Hemoglobin
- Lead levels
- Urine analysis
- Strep throat
- Influenza testing
Hearing and VISION SCREENING
The Illinois Department of Public Health mandates vision and hearing screening programs for preschool and school age children.
Newborn Services
Infants require regular and routine check-ups to monitor their growth and development. Vaccines will be provided as per the recommended guidelines.
